Justin Bieber police report – he had a ‘stuper look on his face’

Following Justin Bieber’s arrest this morning for drag racing and driving under the influence in Miami at approximately 4:00 a.m., TMZ has gotten their hands on the police report and it’s pretty interesting. According to the report, the arresting officer, Medina, wrote that Bieber had a “stuper look on his face. (sic)” He also reported that he “immediately smelled an odor of alcohol emanating from the driver’s breath and bloodshot eyes. The driver had slow deliberate movements… These are all indicators of an impaired driver. I asked the driver to exit the vehicle to continue my investigation.” Medina said Bieber then demanded, “Why the f**k are you doing this?” He finally got out of the car, but “kept going into his pants pockets.” He was told to stop doing that, because the officer feared he might have a “weapon or contraband” and asked Bieber to put his hands on the car for a pat down for weapons.
At that point, Justin said, “What the f**k did I do, why did you stop me?” He had to be asked again to put his hands on the car, which he did, but then took them off and turned to face the officer. Medina had enough and grabbed Bieber’s right hand and told him he was under arrest. Bieber tried to pull away, saying, “What the f**k are you doing?” He was then taken to the police station, where another officer, Dionne, noted Justin had a flushed face, bloodshot eyes and the odor of alcohol on his breath. He was given a test for alcohol and a drug evaluation. It was later learned he had an expired Georgia driver’s license and that charge was added to the report.

And will the charges actually stick? Probably not. Too big a celebrity – even if it’s mostly in his own mind. I think he should have to go to prison. Being someone’s boytoy will sure wake him up in a hurry. The time of day of his incident is irrelevant. People are out at all times of the day/day and he could’ve hurt someone. He needs to get into rehab and get help NOW.
