Lindsay Lohan avoids jail again, sentenced to rehab

Lindsay Lohan, 26, struck a plea deal that will not land her behind bars just yet. After arriving 48 minutes late to her hearing, she needed six police officers to escort her inside the Los Angeles courthouse. Superior Court Judge James R. Dabney sentenced the troubled actress to 90 days in rehab, 30 days of community labor and 18 months of psychological therapy. The actress also faced misdemeanor charges for “reckless driving, providing false information to police officer and willfully resisting, obstructing or delaying a police officer” while on probation for a 2011 jewelry theft case. She admitted to violating her probation. Charges also stemmed from a June 2012 car accident for which she agreed to plead no contest about lying to a police officer when she claimed her assistant was behind the wheel. Judge Dabney told her, “A suggestion: Don’t drive. You’re in New York, you don’t need a car. … This is it. If you violate your probation we’re not going to be having these discussions.” ~E. Guevarra

Police were called to Lindsay Lohan’s London flat following an intense argument between her and fiancé Egor Tarabasov, where she accused him of “almost killing” her.
She’ll never change until she’s done serious jail time. All these phony warnings from judges are worthless. She could not care less about the law. I’m sure she’s laughing her head off right about now.
That’ll show her!
SERIOUSLY —- Rehab had proven time and time again not to work for her. the reckless driving, the drugs, the theft..what a legal system joke. No wonder why Law and Order L.A. didn’t work, cause it was not believable for that part of the world.
This girl needs to go to jail. Maybe be someone’s b*tch to straighten her out. Now there’s an idea for a movie
Anyone else by now would’ve been put in jail. Being a celebrity of any sort really does help
I hope she violates her probation.
