Matthew Fox could face jail time

No more drinking and driving for this celebrity bad boy. Matthew Fox may be ordered to complete treatment for alcohol abuse. On June 1, the Lost actor pleaded no contest to driving under the influence of intoxication in Oregon. If Fox does choose to attend the session and succeeds in doing so, the 45-year-old star could avoid going to jail. “He has to go to an evaluator for alcohol [abuse] and complete any recommended treatment program,” said Cliff Lu, Deputy District Attorney, to People. The DUI charge is ‘certain to be dismissed’ if Fox successfully completes the program within a year. Meanwhile, bus driver Heather Bormann dropped her case accusing Fox of assaulting her after trying to board the vehicle back in September. He had countersued Bormann, claiming she was lying about the incident, but he has also dropped his case. It’s believed the matter was settled out of court. ~Graeme Mollison

He’s got $, take a cab next time and sit behind the plexiglass in the backseat so you can’t drunken hit someone. So I take it a $2.50 bus ride cost him thousands and thousands and humilitation.
If celebs want to party, get laid, get high.

My god, 45 yrs old when will people realize the difference between has been and human? It doesn’t matter any more. Why does he have to be perfect in anyone’s eyes, don’t utilize your celebrity status for “Oh look, it’s so n so from Lost.” sick n tired of babysitting irresponsible immature ppl like him. Perhaps he should do a ride along with the good ppl in EMS and see first hand what dead ppl look like after they drink and drive and KILL someone.
Way to kill his career. Hope he wises up and faces his problems. He should be in treatment.
