Thor: Ragnarok – Since Avengers: Age of Ultron, Thor (Chris Hemsworth) has been imprisoned without his mighty hammer. Thor’s home of Asgard is under threat from the goddess of death, Hela (Cate Blanchett). Before he can return and save his home, he must first survive a gladiatorial challenge created by the Grandmaster (Jeff Goldblum). His opponent? His fellow Avenger, the Hulk (Mark Ruffalo). A Bad Moms Christmas – In the follow up to 2016’s Bad Moms, three overworked moms (Mila Kunis, Kristen Bell, Kathryn Hahn) have to take on Christmas. They’ll have to deal with the pressure of immaculately decorating their houses, finding the perfect gifts and cooking the most amazing dinner, all while their own mothers come to stay for the holidays. The Killing of a Sacred Deer – After the death of his father, Martin (Barry Keoghan) is taken under the wing of renowned surgeon Dr. Steven Murphy (Colin Farrell). When Steven brings Martin home to meet his wife (Nicole Kidman) and children, things get uncomfortable. It is then that strange things start happening. Opens in select theaters today. LBJ – This biopic centers around Lyndon B. Johnson (Woody Harrelson), who was thrust into presidency after President John F. Kennedy (Jeffrey Donovan) was assassinated on November 22, 1963. This left Johnson struggling to rescue a nation, and pass Kennedy’s historic Civil Rights Act. LBJ not only follows his days as president, but is also an intimate look into his early years. Novitiate – Determined to become a nun, Cathleen (Margaret Qualley) enters the convent, despite her mother’s (Julianne Nicholson) lack of religion and opposition. However, while studying to be a nun under the direction of the extremely strict Reverend Mother (Melissa Leo), there’s an upheaval within the Church as new directions come from Rome.
