No jail for Charlie Sheen

By Alexandra Heilbron on August 3, 2010 | 8 Comments

Charlie Sheen pleaded guilty yesterday to misdemeanor assault on his wife, Brooke, which occured on Christmas Day in Aspen, Colorado. Under a plea deal approved by the court, a felony menacing charge was dropped and Sheen was sentenced to 30 days at Promises rehab in Malibu, where he spent some time earlier this year. Sheen will received credit for time served, which means he’ll check in August 23rd and then immediately be released. Sheen has already completed the 36 hours of anger management that were also part of the plea deal.

I didn’t think he would go to jail, though he should!

what is this, like the third time hes done this, and you don’t see him taking as much heat from it as Chris Brown has from the whole riahnna incident.

This guy is such a douche. The judge must be a friend of the Sheen family or something. And please don’t come on here saying “But he’s a good actor…” Who cares. He’s a douche. Period.

    Movielover
I agree with you, he needs to get his act together too. And im thinking he paid off the judge or something, because I don’t think he would have gotten away with it otherwise

Tombat, There were pictures of the new face lift Chris provided while Charlie’s ex claims she was punched and the police/doctors could find no buising, she claimed he had a knife to her throat and cut her but there was no mark, cut, or lesure. Chris jacked up Rihanna big time. As for Brooke and Movielover, you are both oppurtunists and douche-nozzles and here’s why. Brooke is a failed/fired real estate broker and then became a joke as a failed movie actress but became infamous by wooing a two time wife beating loser like Charlie. The greatest acting she did was fake the abuse and get the day wrong but make off with the same alimony ($60,000 per month) and $110,000 per month for child support for the twins (aka 2,040,000 per year)for a cocaine and alcohol 2 year marriage.
Charlie plead guilty, took the monetary loss, skipped jail time in a California state that automatically persecutes the male on a bullshit heresay charge to uphold the intimidated woman. Thanks social justice and gender equality for giving a jaded woman the power to cripple and scar a man’s life forever. Don’t get me wrong, there are a-holes that should be punished to the full extent of the law and then some but to peg a man as automatically guilty violates rights and freedoms.
And he’s a tremendous actor or did you forget about the Mighty Ducks. That’s Hollywood gold you quacker.

I wanna know what the ditzy woman was thinking who married him to begin with. It’s not like he had the best reputation to begin with, and she was idiot enough to be tied to him…
