Robert Pattinson sells former love nest

Robert Pattinson Robert Pattinson has sold the house he used to share with Kristen Stewart for $6.375 million.  The Twilight hunk has finally got rid of the plush Spanish Colonial-style property he lived in with his ex-girlfriend after a satisfied buyer paid out just under the hefty asking price, according to Forbes. The 27-year-old actor put the three-bedroom mansion, which is located in the trendy Los Feliz area of Los Angeles, on the market in October last year for a staggering $6.75 million. The 4,000 sq.-ft bachelor pad, which Robert bought in 2011 for $6.25 million, is extremely private and is situated on 1.45 acres with extensive outdoor living space. The property is complete with three-and-a-half bathrooms, a stunning amphitheatre and a lagoon pool fit for those summer nights. The house was previously owned by former E.R. star Noah Wylie, who sold it to Oscar-winning cinematographer Robert Richardson for $3.325 million in 2003. It was then bought by Legally Blonde director Robert Luketic, who then sold it to The Rover star in 2011. Robert and Kristen ended their four-year relationship last year after he struggled to get over her brief fling with married director Rupert Sanders in July 2012. Robert moved out of the former love nest early last year and started renting a $3.7 million mansion in Beverly Hills, which was previously owned by Gwen Stefani, Hilary Duff and Britney Spears.
