Lindsay Lohan suspected of violence against clinic staffer

Lindsay Lohan is suspected of having been involved in a physical confrontation with staff member Dawn Holland at the Betty Ford Clinic. Police received a call shortly after 1:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 12 for “hand-to-hand battery.” The altercation occurred after Lindsay and her roommates reportedly left the clinic, went to a bar and then returned, approximately 10 minutes after curfew. According to TMZ, Lindsay claims when she walked into the clinic, Holland “unfairly” scolded her and then demanded she take a drug/alcohol test. She then apparently “put her hands on Lindsay.” Lindsay claims she told Holland, “Take your hands off of me” and then “pushed back.” This violates the terms of her probation, one of which is “obey all laws.” If the judge determines she’s guilty of criminal battery, she may find herself back in jail, this time for 180 days. Holland has since been fired for speaking publicly about the incident, but claims she only did so after the story was public due to Lohan vilifying her in the media.

Police were called to Lindsay Lohan’s London flat following an intense argument between her and fiancé Egor Tarabasov, where she accused him of “almost killing” her.
Lindsey Lohan constantly lies to hide the fact that she’s on drugs and alcohol. I feel sorry for the staffer who had to put up with Lohan and now pays the price.
hmmmmmmmmmmmm… well, i guess we wont know the truth lol. both of them will want to make themselves look like the victim in this story, either way dawn had no business putting her hands on lindsay, and she had no business putting her hands on dawn. they are both at fault here.
If she was smart, she wouldn’t have gotten behind a wheel intoxicated and no one would have known that she was an addict and wouldn’t be in this legal mess in the first place.
It seems like when the media focus their attention somewhere else, something happens to put her back in the spotlight.
She still has not faced any sort of serious consequence for her piss poor choices. She is in a laxed environment where she is able to leave when she chooses. Here’s hoping its back to the slammer.
How did she even get out of there to go drinking? Must be a pretty lousy rehab centre — their patients go out and get drunk. She’s just wasting her money there. She needs to be in jail in solitary where she can finally sober up. It sounds harsh, but it may be her only chance.
