Lindsay Lohan arrest warrant lifted

Lindsay Lohan has had her arrest warrant lifted after paying a bail bondsman $10,000 so she could post $100,000 bail to ensure her appearance at a new hearing date set for Monday (May 24). Lindsay, 23, who is currently partying in France at the Cannes Film Festival, claimed she missed yesterday’s hearing because her passport had been stolen. She reportedly blamed her estranged father Michael Lohan, who was in Los Angeles at the time, for her passport going missing, prompting him to tell X17 Online: “I don’t know if she needs rehab or a psych ward. She’s got to be out of her mind to say something like that. It’s ridiculous. It’s very hurtful.” The actress had claimed she was turned away by the US Embassy when she asked for help and was only able to replace her passport on Thursday. Lindsay — who could be jailed for up to six months — partied hard last night at Cannes, but is expected to return to Los Angeles this afternoon.

She is so pathetic! get help already Lindsay! Were sick of hearing about how your always drunk and high, make a damn comeback. It’s your fault that your career is on hold right now anyways. Do something about your addiction already so that you can be in the good movies again.

It’s a very sad situation but she’s caught up in this life she’s leading and obviously anyone who should be caring about her is caring more about seeing their name in print and denying her problems than helping her. Her parents are parasites, feeding off her success. She’s surrounded by parasites feeding off her success and now her spiral downward… I wonder how any of us would handle living 24/7 in a fish bowl at such a young age. What’s really sad and very scarey is that this is the first time the entire world is witnessing a preventable death with constant daily updates from the media. Even Robert Downey, Jr had some privacy with his demons. If she does die and we’ve just stood by and watched without intervening doesn’t that make us partly responsible?
