Nicole Kidman Nicole Kidman will reportedly press charges against the paparazzo who crashed into her on his bicycle. The freelance photographer Carl Wu knocked the 46-year-old actress to the ground in the collision outside the Carlyle Hotel where she was returning to during New York Fashion Week yesterday. According to TMZ, the paparazzo - who was trying to take a photograph of the star - attempted to brake as he got close to her, but they failed and he slammed into Nicole, sending her to the ground. A source told the gossip website she had no visible injuries but intended to press charges - and although he was given a ticket for riding his bike on the pavement, Carl was not arrested for a criminal offense. A policeman was reportedly heard saying: ''An accident's an accident.'' An insider added to UsMagazine.com: ''She looked hurt, but there wasn't any blood. She put her shoes back on and ran into the Carlyle.'' Carl has had run-ins with several celebrities in the past - he allegedly behaved recklessly trying to take a photograph of Lady Gaga in 2010.
