On Thursday, Robert Downey Jr. suffered an injury on the set of Iron Man 3. Disney released a statement saying, “Robert Downey Jr. sustained an ankle injury on the set of Iron Man 3 in Wilmington, North Carolina while performing a stunt. There will be a short delay in the production schedule while he recuperates.” The film has been in production since late May and in July at Comic-Con, director Shane Black said they were about halfway through filming. While the 47-year-old actor’s injury may slow down production, it will not hinder the film’s release date, scheduled for May 3, 2013. Along with Downey Jr., the film will also see the return of Gwyneth Paltrow and Don Cheadle in the third film of the franchise. Though this may be the final Iron Man film for Downey Jr., he will reprise the role in Avengers 2, which will be released May 1, 2015. ~Isabelle Khoo

We chatted with 3 stars of new Netflix show The Politician. Laura Dreyfuss, Theo Germaine, Rahne Jones talk about working with Ryan Murphy, their roles & more!
why r they waiting so long to release the avengers 2!?
I know they’re planning a sequel to Thor to come out before Avengers 2, and I heard rumours of a sequel to Captain America coming out as well. That’s why it’s gonna take a while to Avengers 2, because they’re working with the other characters first…plus the actor’s schedules for other movies as well
Uhhh.. Robert Downey Jr Isn’t 36.. more like 47
He was born in 1965. Come on, check your facts. It’s as easy as going to imdb.com.
36 hahahaha man I’m 35 that’s like whew thank god it’s not true!! I’m still trying to accomplish everything he’s done. He’s amazing I love that guy! And for the studios they are taking all the right steps into making the avengers and sequels of movies etc. I fear for justice league thy going about it all wrong. Great work guys 🙂
