Twilight star Robert Pattinson was hit by a taxi while filming Remember Me in New York City yesterday. He was grazed on the hip in front a Manhattan bookstore when trying to cross the street to his trailer, but was not seriously injured and walked away unaided. Though some reports say that the accident was caused when he tried to escape five hysterical teenage fans, a spokesperson for the production company denies that fans were involved, despite one eyewitness telling Reuters that Pattinson’s bodyguards were furious, with one yelling at the girls: “You see what you did, you almost killed him!” Summit Entertainment spokeswoman Vivian Mayer says: “The reports are exaggerated. It was not caused by his fans.”

Days after filming resumed on The Batman outside London, England, production has come to a halt after star Robert Pattinson tested positive for COVID-19.
if this was caused by his fans, thats pretty sick. and we can clearly see why he would need to hire more body guards. hes just a person, the same as everyone else. so what if he acts in movies? i used to serve coffee, shouldnt the people that are obsessed with coffee have been trying to attack me because they were so excited? stop treating stars like they are better than everyone else in the world, because they arent. half of them arent even talented and suck as actors/actresses/singers etc. they just happened to get lucky and become rich. why does money = popularity? this world is completely backwards. we should be treating firefighters and police and doctors or nurses etc as heroes, they are the ones that save lives, but instead we use all of our energy and envy for these people that have done nothing but pretend to be someone they arent.
Right on, mandee.
Hahaha…if they wanted the coffee but couldn’t have it, they probably would have attacked you.
too bad, lucky for him it wasn’t serious
Well Said!
