Simon Cowell to give baby mama $15M Beverly Hills mansion

Simon Cowell, 53, is allegedly considering giving Lauren Silverman, 36, a $15 million home in Beverly Hills, California, according to the New York Post’s Page Six. Cowell, who is expecting a child with the married New York socialite, reportedly wants to bring Lauren into the home he purchased back in 2011, once her divorce with real estate mogul Andrew Silverman is finalized. “Lauren and Simon are still very much together,” a source told Page Six. “She is staying in the Hamptons while she continues to negotiate her divorce with her husband Andrew Silverman.” Lauren is also battling for custody of their seven-year-old son Adam. “Andrew had filed for full custody and doesn’t want Lauren to take Adam from New York to Beverly Hills,” said the source. ~Alfonso Espina
