The show must go on for Charlie Sheen

By Alexandra Heilbron on January 5, 2010 | 8 Comments

Charlie Sheen returned to work yesterday on the set of the TV series Two and a Half Men following his arrest on Christmas Day for domestic violence against his wife, Brooke Mueller. Sheen was booked for second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief after Mueller made a 911 call indicating that Sheen threatened her with a knife, which the actor denied. Sheen was put behind bars for several hours before being released on bail. He is expected to appear in court next month. A source told Access Hollywood that the actor was upset because Mueller spoke of a divorce, and about taking custody of their nine-month-old twin sons. However, the couple has decided to give their marriage another shot, and plan to seek counseling. Their attorneys have asked the judge to withdraw the restraining order against the actor so that the couple can work out their problems. In the meantime, Brooke is staying in Aspen, Colorado with sons Bob and Max. ~Patricia Gougeon

You got that right, Ke. What I don’t get is who’d even wanna date this ‘douche’, as you so eloquently put it, let alone marry him or have kids by him.

Years ago when he was dating Kelly Preston, he was holding a gun when it ‘accidentally’ went off and shot her in the arm. She broke up with him right after. Seems that weapons and Charlie Sheen do not get along.

No way! Charlie Sheen is a great man and an even better actor! It is too bad he gets caught up with people who are just after his money.

    Sheen is the man!!!

Just curious Trevor: what exactly qualifies him as a great man? The drugs, the prostitutes, the endless partying, his marital history? What amazing feats of Charlie Sheen are you privy of that the rest of the world seems to be unaware of? It’s one thing to be a fan of his work, but to declare him ‘a great man’ it’s going a bit far, don’t you think?

Jane, maybe it’s those things she liked about him and the reason she married him lol
