Just sad all around

June 26, 2014

From the sticky floors, broken seats, and unclean bathrooms, this cinema is old and tired. Not even worth going to watch a movie as the sound is terrible, the theatres smell bad and projection is washed out. Let's not even get into the 75 cent charge for "real" butter that tastes rancid

Rubbish

June 26, 2014

I've never had worse customer service in my life. The presentation is awful and the quality of the establishment is appalling.

Embarasment to our city

June 24, 2014

if you want entertainment go to the Guild Hall, or a Play / Production at the Art's center... Do Not attend the Movie Theaters here. They are disgusting and over priced. They like to brag about "3D" but even that experience generally isn't worth the money you will spend there..

Grotesque!

June 23, 2014

We visited Whitehorse from Seattle and I was appalled by how decrepit the theater was. Do the owners not smell the overwhelming stench of piss? My wife sat in a broken chair and almost fell to the floor which is likely a bio-hazard of the highest magnitude. I don't know how the locals can stand it....or actually, I do. The guy two rows ahead of us was happily drinking some sort of hard liquor. I can't imaging the Board of Health would even let this business operate.

Needs Some Work!

June 21, 2014

As a 12 year old, I've been to this theatre countless times with friends and family. I've gotten used to this theatre, and it's disgustingness was normal for me. When I went to a theatre in Halifax, I was surprised. No pop on the floor? Where's the spilled popcorns? What do you mean there's sanitary washrooms?! I was astonished actually. I wish our theatres were like the ones all over the rest of Canada. Why must we suffer through the nauseating stench of our theatre, when everywhere else the customers are treated fairly. Plus, I should mention the prices are through-the-roof. 25$ for 2 large popcorns, 2 medium drinks and a candy? I don't think so. One of my main concerns with this theatre is that the movies playing beside you are loud and you quickly find yourself struggling to pay attention to the one you paid almost 25 dollars with snacks and your ticket. A new theatre is very desirable right now. WE WANT A NEW THEATRE LANDMARK!

Not Sure How They Get Away With This?

June 10, 2014

Every once in awhile a new movie comes out that I really want to see, and so I convince myself to go to these crappy theatres. Each and every time I wish that I just would have stayed home and stabbed my eyes repeatedly with a sharp pencil? That would be a better experience and wouldnt cost me any money. Cheap, cheap, cheap owner.... should be ashamed Landmark.
