We have two Foxcatcher books and passes for two to see the new movie Foxcatcher in Toronto or Vancouver for four lucky winners! Foxcatcher stars Channing Tatum, Mark Ruffalo, Steve Carell, Sienna Miller and Vanessa Redgrave and we can confirm it’s a fantastic movie – we saw it when it played at the Toronto International Film Festival in September. If you’d like to win, please tell us below and make sure to include which city you want to win passes for. Make sure to include your real email address so we can contact you to let you know if you’ve won (the email address is kept private and will not show on the site). We also have passes for four runner up prizes per city, so will be 12 winners in total! Foxcatcher opens November 28 in Toronto and Vancouver and passes will be valid for Monday to Friday showings of the movie.
Books courtesy of Penguin Canada and passes are courtesy of Mongrel Media. Foxcatcher opens in other major cities on December 19 and we will also be offering passes for those cities in the coming weeks so if you live in or near another major city in Canada, please make sure to check back.
Winners of this contest will be chosen and contacted Friday afternoon (November 28) and announced Monday morning. Winners have been chosen – they will be notified shortly. Please check back for our 25 Days of Christmas Giveaway that starts on Monday, December 1st! Every day we’ll offer a gift(s) valued anywhere from $50 to $300 as our Christmas present to our readers!
Congrats to our winners: April King, Toby Collins, Elaine Naiman, Pat Corrin, Rosemarie Watts, Kevin Havens, Keri Gillead and Alvin C.
I want that book! 🙂
I watched the trailer for this a month ago and felt goosebumps. Steve Carrell’s transformation was astounding. I can’t wait to see this incredibly powerful film. The moment I saw the trailer, I instantly went to Wikipedia to learn more about the story. Therefore, I would love the actual book it was based on.
